LEGO® Business & Bricks
LEGO® play for adults
It may well be that we have bricks on the brain in our Business & Bricks meeting universe. To make up for it, we at LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference think entirely outside the box when it comes to your meeting, conference or associated corporate event.

LEGOLAND® GAMES
Before we can launch the LEGOLAND Games, we need to put the teams' creativity and teamwork skills to the test. The challenge is to design an entirely new and exciting discipline using only limited resources—something the world has never seen before.
Time: 90-120 minutes
Number of participants: 6-125
Bridge builder
Have you ever considered using LEGO® bricks to explore your company’s values? Provide teams with key words or phrases, and let them translate what matters most into models built with LEGO® bricks. This unique approach offers a fresh perspective on your organization, helping teams recognize values within themselves and each other. Together, they’ll collaborate to shape a shared vision for the future direction of your company.
Time: 120 minutes
Number of participants: 10-50
Make it spin
Innovation and creativity take center stage as teams embark on the exciting challenge of designing a wind turbine exactly how they envision it. At first glance, it may seem straightforward. However, the real test begins when teams must construct their designs using limited resources. Adding to the complexity, they need to ensure the turbine’s blades can rotate effectively. This engaging activity fosters collaboration and improves building techniques, offering a rewarding experience that’s as fun as it is challenging.
Time: 60-90 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
Hanging Brick
Do you understand weight distribution, balance, and how to build with LEGO® bricks without a solid foundation? This exercise challenges teamwork and requires an understanding of gravity to complete before time runs out. Who can build the best-looking airplane that also flies in the right direction? A great exercise for pairs or teams, where careful planning and execution are key to success.
Time: 45-90 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
Remember your recipient
In this exercise, we explore the complexities of communication. In today’s world, where many meeting participants are often on the other side of a screen, this topic is more relevant than ever. Using LEGO® bricks, we highlight in a fun and engaging way how challenging effective communication can be.
Time: 30 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
Will it take the strain?
If you were tasked with designing a bridge, how would you approach the planning and construction? With limited materials available, effective collaboration becomes essential to meet the exact criteria required for the bridge. Which team will successfully complete their structure before time runs out? And, most importantly, will the bridge withstand the test?
Time: 45-90 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
LEGO® ENERGIZERS
Need a break from building?
Typically, taking a break means stepping away from construction, but not here. Here, it’s all about building your energy in a fun and engaging way!
Why not challenge yourself and your team during the break? See who can build the tallest tower, who remembers the small models best, or which team can solve the challenge the fastest. Use this time to get moving, spark smiles, and re-energize your team members for what’s next.
Time: 30 minutes
Number of participants: 4-250
Middle management
Do you also find that communication often has to pass through several layers before the message reaches the final recipient?
We have designed this exercise using LEGO® bricks to challenge teams in the skill of communicating through multiple layers without creating misunderstandings. The leader knows the project in detail, but the production team, responsible for building the model, only has the brick assembly and the instructions provided by the middle manager. The question is: will the production team succeed in building the correct model before the manager arrives for inspection?
Time: 30-45 minutes
Number of participants: 6-90
LEGO® MOSAIC
Each participant contributes a small, essential piece to a larger masterpiece. Each piece comes with specific instructions that must be followed precisely to ensure it fits perfectly into the final design. However, success is only possible through teamwork, as assembling the big picture requires collaboration and coordination.
Time: 30-90 minutes (depends on number of boards and number of participants)
From 50 participants
Puzzle run
Embark on an exciting team adventure through LEGOLAND®, where your mission is to solve various challenges across the park to collect all the pieces of the puzzle. Success depends on keen observation, problem-solving skills, and precise building. How well do you know LEGOLAND®, and can your team gather all the pieces before time runs out?
Time: 60-90 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
Think bigger
In this activity, each team must first select a construction leader. The leader is the only one who knows the desired outcome and is shown a small version of the model the team will build together. The leader’s role is to communicate the building instructions and decide how much—or how little—information the team needs to complete the task. Success depends on teamwork, effective communication, speed, and trust between the leader and the team to finish before time runs out.
Time: 90 minutes
Number of participants: 4-125
The LEGO® tower
Who hasn’t tried building a tower with LEGO® bricks? Now’s your chance to take it to the next level! Teams will collaborate to construct the tallest tower possible before time runs out. The only rule: the tower must stand on its own. Will the biggest challenge be the structural design—or the ceiling height?
Time: 45-60 minutes
Number: 4-125
