Prices/exchange rates subject to change without notice.
The prices in EURO reflect the official exchange rate. However, by cash payments in foreign currencies, including EURO, another exchange rate will be used. We accept Euro notes, however not 500 Euro notes, and give change in Danish currency. Coins in foreign currency are not accepted.
At the LEGOLAND®park, Hotel LEGOLAND and LEGOLAND Holiday Village you can use any of the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, JCB, UnionPay, Diners, American Express, VISA Electron.
One ticket gives access to all rides except the Traffic School (age 6 to 13), for which tickets must be booked and purchased separately. Booking only possible in the park on the day of your visit.
In the unlikely situation of the park reaching full capacity, LEGOLAND Billund reserves the right to close its gates. Closure due to full capacity is a safety precaution that is exercised in the public interest. Tickets purchased in advance, including Season Passes, do not guarantee admission to LEGOLAND Billund on a specific day. Admission to LEGOLAND Billund is on a first-come, first-served basis, and arrival early in the day is recommended. In the interests of safety, LEGOLAND also reserves the right to close attractions and shows without previous notice, and to ask guests to leave the park.
Force Majeure
LEGOLAND cannot accept liability or pay any compensation as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means events such as: war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
Note that offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
Payment by credit card
Private cards issued outside EU/EØS and all company cards will be charged a fee in line with the cost which LEGOLAND® pays to the card issuer. For private cards issued outside EU/EØS the fee is 3,75% for Visa, MasterCard, JCB/CUP and UnionPay. For American Express the fee is 2,50% and for diners it is 2,25%. For company cards the fee for Visa, MasterCard, JCB/CUP and UnionPay is 3,13% for Danish and European cards and 3,75% for other cards. For American Express the fee is 1,06% for Danish cards and 2,50% for other cards. For Diners it is 0,94% for Danish cards and 2,25% for other cards.
Terms and conditions for online sales
You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets online. There is no refund on online tickets or season passes.
The Ticket
LEGOLAND® Online Tickets are valid for admission to LEGOLAND Billund as specified on the ticket. All rides, with the exception of the Traffic School, are included in the entry price.
We accept no liability for changes in the opening calendar, opening hours, closed days, full capacity, printing errors and price changes.

Note that online tickets cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
The online ticket must either be printed on standard white paper prior to the visit, or you can bring your smartphone or tablet to LEGOLAND, where you can scan the barcode directly from your phone at the entrance. Please note that, once a barcode on the ticket has been successfully scanned at the LEGOLAND entrance, the ticket cannot be used again. You are responsible for any misuse of the online ticket, so please take necessary precautions. All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. No liability will be accepted for printing errors or subsequent alterations to prices.

Terms of delivery
The ticket(s) shall be delivered to the e-mail address supplied shortly after your order has been received - normally within 10 minutes. You will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order including a PDF attachment containing your tickets. Please print the attachment and bring it to LEGOLAND on the day of your visit. There are no delivery costs.
Payment and security
Payment can be made by Dankort, MasterCard Credit, Visa, Visa Electron and PayPal.
Credit card transactions are made on a separate secured server with full encryption of all credit card data. LEGOLAND co-operates with Dibs and Adyen in ensuring a secured payment solution. This solution fulfils all PBS demands for a secure payment solution. Your credit card details will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
In order to recognize your information on your next visit in the online shop, a cookie is placed on your computer. The cookie is also used in order to keep track of your basket and for statistical purposes.

There is no refund on campaign tickets, discounted tickets, online tickets or season passes.

Reserve and Ride
- Prices are based on a per person charge
- A smartphone is required to use Reserve and Ride
- Guests are advised that for technical, operational and other reasons beyond our control, any activity, ride or show may be closed or otherwise unavailable at any time
- Children under 3 are not required to pay for Reserve and Ride. They may accompany Reserve and Ride users on reserved rides – height, weight and age restrictions permitting
- Age, height, health and weight restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions
- There will be times when Reserve and Ride holders will be required to wait past their allocated slot due to unforeseen circumstances
- LEGOLAND® Billund Resort operates an Exit Pass policy for guests with disabilities. This may result in guests with Exit Passes taking loading priority over other guests on some rides and attractions
- Parties may have to split up on carriages that are not suitable for the number in their group
- No refund or partial refunds are available for Reserve and Ride
- Reserve and Ride is valid for selected rides and attractions in the Resort and these are subject to change
- All add-on products are subject to availability and have allocated ride times. Guests are responsible for ensuring the allocated ride time is met. No refund or compensation is given for missed ride times
- Reserve and Ride cannot be used for parking, restaurants, educational workshops and any other additionally charged activities
- Reserve and Ride operates a pricing structure, trading calendar and discount options. Prices may vary based on time of purchase and provider
- LEGOLAND® Billund Resort reserves the right to change these without notice
- Discounts for Reserve and Ride cannot be granted
Season pass terms and conditions
You need to show your 2024 season pass to get your season pass benefits. In some cases, the season pass benefits only apply with a full-paying adult. The offers are valid when the points of sale and the park are open. The season pass benefits cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. We accept no liability for changes in the opening calendar, opening hours, closed days, full capacity, printing errors and price changes. Season passes cannot be refunded. Your season pass is personal and will be confiscated in the event of misuse.
