Disse konkurrencebetingelser finder anvendelse på deltagelse i byggekonkurrencen om at vinde LEGOLAND® Exclusive æsker ifm. månedens overraskelse i maj for AWESOME og EXTREME sæsonpasholdere 2025. Konkurrencen er organiseret af LEGOLAND Billund.

Hvem kan deltage?
Tilmelding er åben for alle personer uanset opholdssted og nationalitet. Det kræver et AWESOME eller EXTREME sæsonpas 2025 for at deltage. Ansatte (og deres familie) hos LEGOLAND®, samt datterselskaber, agenter, tilknyttede selskaber, repræsentanter og andre, som bistår med konkurrencen, kan ikke deltage i konkurrencen.
Hvordan vinder man?
Alle AWESOME og EXTREME sæsonpasholdere 2025, der bygger en tilføjelse af LEGOLAND® og lægger det på Instagram med hashtagget #LEGOLANDEXCLUSIVE, er med i konkurrencen.Vinderne findes ved vilkårlig lodtrækning 2. juni. Vinderne får direkte besked på Instagram på den profil, der er brugt til at lægge billedet op.

Præmien må ikke ombyttes, udbydes til salg eller benyttes i forbindelse med nogen anden konkurrence eller kampagne, medmindre LEGOLAND® har godkendt dette. Præmien må gerne overdrages vederlagsfrit til andre. Det er ikke muligt at få udbetalt et kontantbeløb i stedet for præmien. Præmien er skattefri.
LEGOLAND vil bestræbe sig på, at præmierne er som beskrevet i disse konkurrencebetingelser. Dog forbeholder LEGOLAND sig ret til uden ansvar at ombytte med en præmie af nogenlunde tilsvarende art og værdi, hvis en præmie (eller dele deraf) er utilgængelig, uanset grunden dertil.
Hvordan udvælges vinderen?
Vinderne findes ved vilkårlig lodtrækning 2. juni. Vinderne får direkte besked på dagen via den Instagramprofil, der er benyttet til at deltage med. Hvis vinderen ikke svarer inden for 7 dage, kontakter vi en anden vinder.
Hvordan leveres præmien?
Vinderne får enten tilsendt præmien med posten eller mulighed for at hente præmien under et besøg i LEGOLAND®. Hvis præmien skal sendes med posten, skal vinderen oplyse en adresse.
Kan man blive diskvalificeret?
Ukvalificerede, ufuldstændige, upræcise, snydagtige eller svigagtige tilmeldinger vil blive diskvalificeret. LEGOLAND® forbeholder sig også retten til at diskvalificere enhver person, som på nogen måde forstyrrer eller foretager ulovligheder i relation til konkurrencen eller disse konkurrencebetingelser.
Hvilket ansvar har LEGOLAND®?
LEGOLAND® påtager sig intet ansvar for manglende modtagelse af tilmeldinger på grund af problemer med tekniske forhold eller forbindelse eller overbelastning af internettet eller nogen hjemmeside, upræcis information afgivet som del af en tilmelding eller noget tab, erstatning eller skade pådraget som følge af tekniske problemer eller andre forhold, herunder mangler ved og forsinkelse af præmierne samt om der er ledige hotelværelser eller billetter de ønskede dage.
LEGOLAND er til enhver tid berettiget til at ændre, annullere, afslutte, suspendere eller forlænge konkurrencen uden ansvar.
LEGOLAND forbeholder sig desuden ret til at udsætte tidspunktet for underretningen af vinderen.
Andre forhold man skal være opmærksom på?
Konkurrencebetingelserne og andre forhold relateret til konkurrencen er underlagt dansk lovgivning og danske domstole.
Konkurrencen er ikke tilknyttet Meta (som ejer Instagram og Facebook) og bliver hverken sponsoreret, støttet eller organiseret af Meta. Meta kan på intet tidspunkt holdes ansvarlig for krav, som måtte opstå som følge af konkurrencen.
Der tages forbehold for eventuelle tryk- og formuleringsfejl i opslag relateret til konkurrencen og i disse konkurrencebetingelserne.

Building competiton with season pass
When do the competition terms and conditions apply?
These terms and conditions apply to participation in the building competition to win LEGOLAND® Exclusive Sets as part of the surprise of the month in May for AWESOME and EXTREME season pass holders 2025. The competition is organised by LEGOLAND Billund.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these competition terms and conditions and that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the last paragraph of the terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
To be valid, entries must be made in accordance with the competition terms and conditions. Participation in the competition is conditional on having an AWESOME or EXTREME season pass 2025 for LEGOLAND®.
Who can participate?
Registration is open to all persons regardless of place of residence and nationality. An AWESOME or EXTREME season pass 2025 is required to participate. Employees (and their families) of LEGOLAND®, as well as subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, representatives and others who assist with the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
How do you win?
All AWESOME and EXTREME 2025 season pass holders who build an addition to LEGOLAND® and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #LEGOLANDEXCLUSIVE will be entered into the competition, with the winners selected by random draw on 2 June. Winners will be notified directly on Instagram on the profile used to post the photo.

The prize may not be exchanged, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion unless authorised by LEGOLAND. The prize may be transferred free of charge to others. It is not possible to receive a cash amount instead of the prize. The prize is tax-free.
LEGOLAND will endeavour to ensure that the prizes are as described in these competition terms and conditions. However, LEGOLAND reserves the right, without liability, to substitute a prize of reasonably equivalent nature and value if a prize (or part thereof) is unavailable for whatever reason.
How will the winners be found?
Winners will be chosen by random draw on 2 June. Winners will be notified directly on the day via the Instagram profile used to enter. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we will contact another winner.
How will the prize be delivered?
Winners will either be sent the prize by post or have the opportunity to collect the prize during a visit to LEGOLAND®. If the prize is to be sent by post, the winner must provide an address.
Can I be disqualified?
Ineligible, incomplete, inaccurate, cheating or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. LEGOLAND® also reserves the right to disqualify any person who in any way interferes with or commits any unlawful acts in relation to the competition or these competition terms and conditions.
What responsibility does LEGOLAND® have?
LEGOLAND® assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of entries due to technical or connectivity problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, inaccurate information provided as part of an entry, or any loss, compensation or damage incurred as a result of technical problems or other matters, including any shortage or delay of prizes and the availability of hotel rooms or tickets on the days requested.
LEGOLAND is entitled to change, cancel, terminate, suspend or extend the competition at any time without liability.
LEGOLAND also reserves the right to postpone the notification of the winner.
Other matters to be aware of?
The competition terms and conditions and other matters related to the competition are subject to Danish law and Danish courts.
The competition is not affiliated with Meta (which owns Instagram and Facebook) and is not sponsored, supported or organised by Meta. Meta can at no time be held liable for any claims that may arise as a result of the competition.
Reservations are made for any printing and wording errors in posts related to the competition and in these competition terms and conditions.
